Imperative Verbs in Spanish are used to give orders, intructions, recommendations or ask for permission.

Verbo Imperativo

El Imperativo es un modo verbal que tiene tres formas en vez de seis: tú, usted y ustedes.

Di, oye, vamos o viva, son ejemplos de formas de Imperativo.

El modo Imperativo en español puede funcionar como una frase por sí sola.

¿Qué es el modo Imperativo?

El modo Imperativo son los verbos que indican a alguien a hacer algo de forma directa. Con el imperativo formamos frases que tienen como función dar órdenes, recomendaciones, instrucciones o permisos.

El modo Imperativo puede usarse con estructuras de cortesía como: por favor.

El tono de voz usado en el modo Imperativo puede ser diferente (más fuerte) y dar más información en la oración.
